We collect sensitive personal data about you necessary to carry out the most suitable treatments relative to your personal skincare needs. It is essential that we ask you for this information to achieve the best results from your treatment and most importantly to adhere to the Health and Safety regulations. This data is collected when completing a consultation form with your therapist. We process this date once you have given us your explicit consent.

Consultation form: Your therapist will ask you to complete a consultation form before your treatment or before you have a patch test from the salon

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We use your personal data to ascertain any contradictions that may prevent The Beauty Spot Chepstow from carrying out your treatment. We may also use this data to contact you regarding your appointment.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR?
We retain your information for as long as is necessary for us to use your information as described above or to comply with our legal obligations. We DO NOT share your personal information to any third party organisation. It is solely used by the beauty therapists working in The Beauty Spot Chepstow.

For prospective clients to the Beauty Spot Chepstow, our processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in that we need the information in order to comply with health and safety and our insurers.
